What youll do

As an Operations Manager you will take ownership of designing and scaling Skylines internal operations:

• Workflow Design & SOP Development: Build and implement SOPs across core workflows such as Relationship Management Customer Onboarding and lifecycle management.
  
• SLA Definition & Execution: Define and operationalize SLAs including response times onboarding timelines and customer handoffs.
  
• Process Optimization: Audit current operations to identify inefficiencies gaps and failure points-then redesign them for scale.
  
• Automation & Systems Implementation: Develop automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve consistency across operations.
  
• Operational Systems Ownership: Own and configure core tools including CRM and onboarding/support systems.
  
• Dashboard & KPI Management: Design and maintain dashboards to track performance SLA adherence and pipeline/onboarding visibility.
  
• Business Translation: Convert business needs into structured workflows system configurations and scalable processes.
  
• Governance & Quality Control: Establish QA processes audits and continuous improvement loops to maintain operational excellence.
  
• Documentation & Scalability: Create detailed playbooks workflows and system documentation to support growth and handovers.
  

What we are looking for:

• Experience building SOPs and operational frameworks from scratch
  
• Strong background in internal operations (CRM onboarding lifecycle management)
  
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier Make or native CRM workflows)
  
• Experience owning and configuring CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
  
• Proven ability to define track and optimize SLAs and operational KPIs
  
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools or native reporting systems
  
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency with measurable results
  
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced ambiguous and evolving environments
  
• Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional alignment
  

What We Offer

• Work arrangement: Remote
  
• Shift: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
  
• Equipment: Provided by the company
  
• Agreement: Individual Contractor (you will have to process your own taxes and other government-mandated benefits)
