Job Summary

The Operations Head for Luzon overseas the operations of company-owned stores across multiple districts ensuring business growth operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. This role provides strategic leadership to District Managers driving sales performance cost control and customer satisfaction while aligning with the companys overall vision and objective.


OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:
Oversee District Managers to drive operational excellence sales growth and compliance with company policies and standards while monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and Profitability

    Maximize sales & profitability through strategic marketing financial analysis and customer experience improvements


  • People Management & Leadership

    Develop and lead high-performing teams through mentorship workforce planning and culture accountability


  • Budget & Cost Management

    Optimize financial resources by managing budgets implementing cost-saving measures and ensuring profitability


  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    Drive long term business growth through strategic planning operational enhancements and corporate initiative execution




Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management Marketing Hospitality Management Food Technology or any related field. A Masters degree is an advantage.

  • Must have at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in Retail Food & Beverage (F&B) Restaurant Bakery QSR Convenience Store or Multi-Branch Operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple locations.

  • Proven experience overseeing multi-unit or multi-district operations with responsibility for driving sales performance profitability operational excellence and business expansion.

  • Strong background in sales management business development and implementing strategies that consistently achieve revenue and profit targets.

  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing District Managers Area Managers or Operations Managers while building high-performing and engaged teams.

  • Extensive experience in budget planning P&L management cost control labor productivity inventory management and financial analysis.

  • Strong understanding of retail and food service operations including customer service excellence food safety quality assurance and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent leadership coaching mentoring and people management skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational performance.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Excellent communication negotiation stakeholder management and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP POS or retail management systems is an advantage.

  • Highly results-driven customer-focused and capable of thriving in a fast-paced multi-site operating environment.

  • Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular visits to company-owned stores across assigned territories.
