OHN Occupational Health Nurse (Company Nurse)

The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite clinical and emergency care within a corporate or site-based environment. This role ensures the health safety and overall well-being of employees through effective medical response clinic operations and compliance with occupational health standards.

The position plays a key role in supporting workplace safety programs emergency preparedness and preventive health initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.

What Youll Do:

Provide first aid emergency care and patient assessment

Handle clinic operations documentation and medical reporting

Coordinate with hospitals labs and external providers

Support DOLE compliance and workplace safety (OH&S) programs

Assist in PEME/APE wellness programs and health education

Manage cases referrals and return-to-work processes

Qualifications:

Must be a registered nurse (PRC licensed)

13 years experience working as Occupational Health Nurse Company Nurse or Bedside Nurse

Corporate/occupational health experience is a plus

Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified (preferred)

With BLS / ACLS certificate

Able to work in an onsite setup
