THIS ROLE
In this senior preparer role you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive corporate secretarial services for complex matters. You will handle a full spectrum of complexity levels with minimal supervision focusing on sophisticated corporate secretarial processes and detailed client deliverables.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Youll lead the preparation of complex corporate documentation board papers resolutions and regulatory filings ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery of all outputs
- Youll apply corporate secretarial expertise with minimal supervision independently manage complex corporate secretarial operations and build advanced knowledge of client-specific requirements and industry practices
- Youll identify report and help mitigate potential compliance risks while handling complex regulatory and compliance matters and maintaining high-quality client records
- Youll document and maintain detailed procedures for complex processes contribute to process improvement initiatives and support continuous operational excellence
- Youll conduct thorough self-reviews to uphold quality standards participate in knowledge-sharing activities and manage complex stakeholder communications effectively

Qualifications :
ABOUT YOU
- You should have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Juris degree Corporate Governance Law or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Chartered Secretary or equivalent corporate governance qualifications are advantageous.
- You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial services with exposure to low-to-medium complexity tasks.
- You should have familiarity with corporate secretarial practices particularly in funds and special purpose vehicles is a plus.
- You should have experience managing multiple clients and deliverables within tight deadlines.
