Officer 1, Global Payments Team | HMO on Day 1 | EMEA Shift | Hybrid Setup

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role provides essential support in payment processing and data administration primarily handling routine and straightforward transactions. The position focuses on maintaining accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations while developing foundational knowledge of core banking systems processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process standard payment transactions in line with established procedures and controls
• Maintain and update basic system data ensuring accuracy and data quality
• Follow checklists and guidelines to minimize operational risk
• Respond to routine client queries and support basic transaction requests
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely completion of time reporting

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU
 

• 01 year of experience in payment processing banking or administrative support with basic knowledge of financial transactions
• Proficiency in payment/banking systems and strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and data quality
• Strong attention to detail organization and time management including accurate time reporting
• Clear communication skills customer-focused approach and ability to follow procedures while escalating complex issues
• Willingness to learn adaptable mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
