Ocean Contract Management Team Leader GCA

Leads long-term tender management processes to ensure timely accurate execution and continuous improvement of tender and contract filing activities.

Accountabilities

• Accurate and timely execution of long-term tender quotations and customer nomination contract filings across all rounds.
• Continuous improvement of tender and filing processes through RCA learnings performance management and technology engagement.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and transparent communication to ensure alignment across areas and global teams.
• Talent management and development of team members to build capability and engagement.

Critical Tasks

• Prepare and align tender season plans with areas ensuring resource readiness and timely execution.
• Manage tender quotations and customer nomination filings with speed and quality across all rounds.
• Conduct RCA for delays and IQ issues capturing learnings and implementing corrective actions.
• Partner with FPO and platform teams to support system and process rollouts for automation and standardization.
• Maintain compliance with global standards and ensure customer-centric execution of tender processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance timeliness accuracy and efficiency.

Who are we looking for:

• With 2 years and up leadership experience performance and change management.
• Relevant background in shipping logistics freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Exposure to project management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the Tender process and/or Athena system is highly preferred; at least 1 year of relevant exposure is an advantage.
• Bachelors Degree graduate.
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Amenable to a day shift schedule and full on-site work arrangement
• Open to work in Estancia Pasig City.
