Nursing Trainer Educator

We are looking for an experienced nurse educator to design and deliver online learning programs for clinical teams supporting a US-based organization. You will help new and tenured nurses build skills and confidence through engaging virtual training and you will work closely with US-based education colleagues to keep content current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Plan build and deliver virtual training for nursing staff including onboarding specialty clinical skills (such as cardiac rhythm interpretation) new graduate transition and mentor development
• Create interactive digital learning content using online learning platforms and tools
• Apply adult learning principles and sound teaching methods to design programs for different experience levels
• Work with US-based education specialists to share best practices and refine learning plans
• Assess nurse competency and keep training aligned with regulatory and organizational standards
• Track program results analyze learner data and report on outcomes and improvement opportunities

About you

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active Philippine RN license
• At least 5 years of combined experience including 3 years of clinical practice in a relevant specialty and 2 years in leadership training or professional development project work
• Experience designing or facilitating online or blended learning
• Familiarity with US healthcare practices and the ability to work with US-based teams
• Strong communication analytical and presentation skills
• Comfortable with virtual platforms and learning technology
