Night Auditor

• Delivers exceptional guest service aligned with Fairmont brand standards ensuring warm courteous and attentive interactions while maintaining a professional front desk presence.
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of all front office transactions by auditing postings balances reports and guest accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Manages daily financial and operational processes including end-of-day procedures reporting and monitoring key metrics (revenues occupancy accounts) to support efficient front office operations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality or any related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant Front Office or Night Audit experience in a luxury hotel with strong knowledge of hotel operations auditing procedures and financial reconciliation with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office with the ability to prepare and analyze reports accurately.
• Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on shifts.
