As a Reports Analyst you will manage daily operational transactions execute data reconciliations resolve discrepancies and compile core performance reports to maintain peak quality and compliance standards.
Operational Processing
Perform operational processing activities across the Private Debt Operations function including transaction processing reconciliations validations investigations referential data maintenance and other operational support activities.
Review operational reports and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate.
Maintain complete accurate and timely operational records while complying with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) operational controls and service levels.
Handle confidential client investment and pension related information in accordance with CGI and client information security requirements.
Operational Excellence
Execute work in accordance with established operational procedures quality standards and control requirements.
Support quality assurance activities operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in maintaining process documentation work instructions knowledge articles and operational records.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency quality and customer experience.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
Participate in onboarding knowledge transfer certification coaching refresher training and quarterly learning updates.
Work collaboratively with Team Leaders QA/Subject Matter Experts client stakeholders and support teams.
Maintain current knowledge of operational procedures business rules investment operations and evolving business requirements.
Support business continuity during onboarding peak processing periods planned leave absenteeism and other operational requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform additional operational activities and related responsibilities as reasonably assigned to support evolving client regulatory and business requirements.
Career Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst (or similar role).
Preferred experience in Financial Services Operations supporting Banking Wealth & Asset Management Capital Markets Lending Operations Investment Operations or other regulated financial environments.
Hands-on exposure to Transaction Processing Reconciliation Operational Validation and Business Process Support.
Proven background in Operational Controls Risk Awareness and Information Security Compliance.
Active participation in Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization initiatives.
Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration within Managed Services or Shared Services environments.

Schedule Adherence Comply with assigned work schedules overtime requirements (when applicable) attendance policies and leave procedures.
Training & Certification Successfully complete all required onboarding process training compliance training and production certification before independently performing production work. Members are expected to maintain required competency through refresher training quarterly learning updates and ongoing knowledge assessments.
Performance Management Successfully complete the probationary (regularization) period by consistently meeting quality productivity attendance behavioral and operational expectations. Performance will continue to be reviewed through regular coaching sessions monthly performance discussions and quarterly business reviews.
Quality & Compliance Perform work in accordance with CGI quality standards client requirements operational controls and information security policies.
Flexibility Demonstrate flexibility to support changing business priorities operational responsibilities work schedules and client requirements.
Work Arrangement Be willing to 100% Onsite in Mckinley Hill Taguig
