Middle Office Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary
- Execute end-to-end onboarding and implementation activities for fund and retirement products.
- Coordinate with clients internal teams custodians brokers and external partners to ensure timely account setup and onboarding completion.
- Review and validate documentation while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
- Perform system configuration data validation reconciliations and support data conversions across multiple platforms.
- Identify operational risks resolve complex issues and drive continuous process improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in Onboarding Middle Office Investment Operations or related financial services functions.
- Knowledge of fund onboarding retirement plans (401(k)/Defined Contribution) or the investment trade lifecycle.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and data management skills.
- Experience working with financial systems operational platforms and large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and adapt working hours based on business needs.
- Experience supporting investment management retirement or asset servicing operations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to Power BI Power Apps or similar reporting tools.
- Knowledge of financial platforms such as Bloomberg Aladdin SimCorp or equivalent systems.
- Familiarity with custodians brokers payroll providers and retirement services organizations.
- Experience driving process improvement automation initiatives or AI-enabled operational efficiencies.
- Working knowledge of trade lifecycle management reconciliations and settlements.
