Microsoft MPOS Developer (Dynamics 365 Retail)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft MPOS Developer to join our Microsoft Dynamics Retail practice. The successful candidate will develop customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail Modern POS (MPOS) solutions using the Retail SDK. You will work closely with functional consultants solution architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable retail solutions and support enterprise retail operations.

. Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail Modern POS (MPOS) applications.
. Develop and maintain Retail SDK extensions for MPOS Commerce Runtime (CRT) Retail Server and Hardware Station.
. Customize POS workflows operations receipts and transaction processing.
. Integrate MPOS with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and third party applications.
. Support payment processing pricing promotions inventory and customer management functionalities.
. Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
. Participate in code reviews unit testing deployment and release management.
. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
. Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

. 58 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX Retail / Dynamics 365 Retail development experience.
. Proven experience developing and supporting Microsoft Modern POS (MPOS) solutions.
. Strong hands-on experience with: Retail SDK MPOS Extensions Commerce Runtime (CRT) Retail Server Hardware Station
. Proficiency in C# .NET Framework JavaScript TypeScript SQL Server and Visual Studio.
. Experience integrating MPOS with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and third-party systems.
. Experience with Azure DevOps Git and release management.
. Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
. Must be amenable to working on-site 1-2 days a week in McKinley Taguig on a night-shift schedule (Canada).

Preferred Qualifications
. Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Retail and Dynamics 365 Retail.
. Experience with Retail Channel Database and Retail Headquarters.
. Knowledge of payment connectors fiscal devices and retail hardware integration.
. Experience supporting global retail implementations.
. Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an advantage.
