Membership Data Operations Analyst

Overview:

An operations-focused professional responsible for the accuracy governance and lifecycle management of member data within a healthcare purchasing framework. This role ensures seamless coordination among members supplier partners and internal stakeholders to maintain contract compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administration and quality control of the centralized member data repository.
• Facilitate onboarding processes by collecting validating and recording required membership information.
• Manage and communicate membership updates ensuring timely information flow to stakeholders and supplier partners.
• Collaborate with suppliers and operational leaders to align pricing structures contract tiers and system connectivity.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies roster variances and stakeholder inquiries.
• Produce operational reports and insights to support program oversight and informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and controls.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support data operations or administrative coordination.
• Exposure to healthcare purchasing supplier management or membership-based organizations is a plus.
