Medical Sales Representative (HospitalGovernment Accounts)

Salary: 40k - 50k

Work Set Up: Hybrid (15% (1-2 days) RTO 85% weekdays for fieldwork)

Territory:National coverage (targeting 2-3 regions/month). Travels outside NCR/SL/NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing Midwifery Public Health or a related field; advanced qualifications are highly desirable.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the government health sector including strong network with national regional or local agencies as well as local and/or international NGOs and supranational organizations.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.

• Proficient in IT with the ability to efficiently utilize computers tablets and relevant technologies.

• Self-motivated energetic and enthusiastic with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Desk:

• Strategic mapping and engagement of relevant officials

• Serve as the primary contact for ATM products

• Facilitate internal coordination for trainings

• Oversee the complete bid process for government procurement
  hospital formulary requirements
  bid bulletins RFPs and RFQs
  with operations logistics and finance
  with the government tender focal person
  in meetings called by procuring entities
  status and inventory of submitted bids

• Provide sales forecasts and activity reports

• Handle in person submission of procurement requirements

• Keep updated about procurement rules and regulations

• Work with market access and government affairs teams

• Nominate sub distributor for government procurement

• Prepare monthly workplan and present accomplishments
