These responsibilities include some of the following:- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors pharmacists and other local healthcare stakeholders through regular in-person and digital engagement.- Use scientific knowledge and local treatment guidance to make patient-focused recommendations to healthcare professionals.- Develop and execute territory plans using data and customer insight to prioritise visits and opportunities.- Deliver sales and service objectives while tracking performance and adjusting plans as needed.- Work with cross-functional colleagues to ensure patients benefit from appropriate care and a consistent customer experience.- Keep accurate records follow local laws and company standards and manage samples expenses and inventory and outcomes you will be measured on- Achievement of territory targets and activity metrics.- Quality and credibility of scientific customer engagement.- Use of territory insights to shape and improve local plans.- Timely accurate reporting and adherence to compliance requirements.- Contribution to team goals and cross-functional YouBasic QualificationWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals- Bachelors degree in life sciences pharmacy nursing or a related field.- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales healthcare field sales or a similar customer-facing healthcare role.- Clear communication skills in English and Filipino to support patient-focused discussions.- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.- Proficiency with common digital tools and CRM systems for planning reporting and insight generation.- Commitment to follow local laws industry codes and company policies in all QualificationIf you have the following characteristics it would be a plus- Experience working in the Philippines healthcare market or familiarity with local treatment pathways.- Experience with multi-channel engagement or digital customer interactions.- Ability to use basic analytics or business intelligence tools to generate actionable territory insights.- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and local treatment guidance with healthcare professionals.- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.- Growth mindset openness to feedback and a willingness to arrangementThis role is on-site and field-based in the Philippines.
