About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Managed Services Senior Associate to join our clients team and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare revenue cycle this role you will work closely with clients and internal teams to improve revenue cycle performance streamline operations and support end-to-end process enhancements. You will act as a key contributor in project delivery provide subject matter expertise and help drive operational efficiency and service quality across engagements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare transformation while strengthening your leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Support client-facing consulting engagements focused on healthcare revenue cycle management operational improvement and project delivery
Provide subject matter expertise across revenue cycle processes including front- middle- and back-office operations denials management coding clinical documentation appeals and payer interactions
Oversee coding and clinical denial management activities including denial review root cause analysis appeals preparation resolution tracking and denial prevention initiatives
Supervise and mentor team members through coaching performance management training and knowledge-sharing programs
Collaborate with clinical coding billing payer and cross-functional teams to improve documentation quality coding accuracy compliance reimbursement outcomes and service delivery
Analyze denial trends payer behavior operational performance and key metrics to identify improvement opportunities recommend solutions and support process optimization and automation initiatives
Communicate project updates issues and risks to stakeholders while ensuring adherence to professional technical regulatory and compliance standards
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Accounting Healthcare Administration or related field
4 years of experience in revenue cycle management healthcare operations or consulting services
Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes (front middle and back-office) including denials management coding clinical documentation appeals and payer interactions
Experience supporting or leading workstreams within client-facing engagements and mentoring team members
Experience with Epic HB (Hospital Billing) and Epic PB (Professional Billing) is highly desirable
Proven ability to analyze processes and recommend operational improvements
Familiarity with healthcare systems workflows and automation tools is an advantage
Strong collaboration communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
