Master Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business Supply Chain Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Master Data Management preferably within FMCG manufacturing or supply chain operations
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Master Data creation and maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Excel; advanced Excel skills preferred. .

  Strong attention to detail with high standards for data accuracy and integrity.

• Ability to analyze validate and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume data.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines
• Good communication skills;
• Amenable to report to work in BGC Taguig office.

Role Overview:

To ensure the accurate timely and consistent creation maintenance and integrity of finished goods master data in SAP. The role manages SKU creation extensions status updates and data cleansing while coordinating with Demand Planning RNPD Logistics Factory and Global Master Data teams to maintain reliable data for effective business and logistics operations.

Principal accountabilities:

Master Data Creation & Maintenance

• Create and extend finished goods SKU master data in SAP based on approved RNPD requirements ensuring accurate and timely setup.

Master Data Updates

• Maintain SKU status including timely phase-out updates and other required master data changes in SAP.

Data Accuracy & Integrity

• Review validate and correct master data using relevant data sources and ensure alignment with Factory and Global Master Data standards.

Logistics Data Support

• Ensure master data required by the EFE Logistics team for container building is complete accurate and up to date.

Master Data Cleansing

• Conduct regular data reviews and cleansing activities including the validation of 440 SKUs and correction of key master data parameters.

Data Quality & Compliance

• Ensure master data activities meet established accuracy completeness and turnaround-time requirements and resolve data discrepancies promptly.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with RNPD Demand Planning Logistics Factory and Global Master Data teams to resolve data issues and maintain data consistency
