Required Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing growth marketing performance marketing or a related leadership role Strong understanding of paid advertising branding funnels outbound marketing CRM automation and lead generation Proven ability to create marketing strategies that connect business goals with practical execution Experience analyzing key growth metrics such as ROI CAC conversion rates funnel performance and campaign effectiveness Strong leadership skills with experience managing or coordinating cross-functional marketing teams Experience working with multiple businesses brands clients or industries Background in an agency startup consulting or fast-growth business environment preferred Experience leading marketing teams that include media buyers creatives SDRs virtual assistants and freelancers preferred Familiarity with AI tools marketing automation platforms CRM systems and modern growth systems Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different industries customer segments and revenue models quickly Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently present strategy to clients executives or business owners Proactive resourceful data-aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
