Marketing Manager Remote

Were looking for a Marketing Manager to own our marketing function end to end and drive client acquisition. Youll lead brand content paid ads email and SEO turning our marketing into a consistent source of qualified leads. This is a hands-on full-scope role for someone who can move from strategy to execution without needing a big team around them.

As a growing startup we need someone who can contribute from day one. This role requires proven sourcing experience. We are not able to train candidates new to sourcing so we can only consider applicants who already have the skills and track record outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our marketing strategy and calendar across all channels
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Search Ads LinkedIn Ads) including targeting budget and conversion tracking
• Develop and execute content strategy across the website blog email and social channels
• Support and amplify founder-led LinkedIn content and personal brand growth
• Manage SEO strategy for our website including keyword research on-page optimization and content planning
• Build and run email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
• Create marketing collateral including brochures one-pagers case studies and sales enablement materials
• Track performance across channels and report on whats working and where to invest further
• Manage relationships with any external contractors freelancers or agencies supporting marketing
• Help build and protect our brand identity and voice across all touchpoints

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience running marketing end to end ideally 3 years in a B2B services environment
• Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) with results to show for it
• Strong writing skills across formats: web copy email social sales materials
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing for an HR recruitment staffing or professional services company
• Experience marketing to founders or operators at small and mid-sized companies
• Familiarity with building marketing functions from the ground up at an early-stage company

Working Conditions / Location

This role is fully remote. With Eastern Standard Time (EST) 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday
