Marketing Coordinator

About the Job:

Reporting to thePhilippinesMarketing Manager theMarketing Coordinatoris responsible forexecuting regional marketing plans virtual and physical eventlogistics as well as supporting marketing campaigns for the AvePointAPACbusiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with theChannel teamon development and execution of marketing campaigns & events

• End-to-end set up ofwebinarlogisticsand promotion incurrent systems -Marketo

• Monitoring webinars and ensuring best practice facilitationusing current systems-BigMarker

• Coordinating & building emailsnewslettersdigital campaigns & events

• Working withregional& corporate marketing team on event campaigns design and content

• Assistingin coordinating travel conferenceplanningand meetings

• Ensuring leadhealth and thetimelyprocessingof leads fromdirect and partner marketing events and campaigns through CRM system

• Collectingreviewingand analyzing campaign reports

• Coordinating with Corporate Marketing team on content for external newsletters marketing literature and communications related to AvePoint identity to ensure consistency in messages

• Supporting and contributing to other marketing operation projects such as oversight of project timelines SEO and PPC programs communicationstrategiesand implementation etc.

• Providingmarketing supporttoother APAC-basedmarketing initiatives andprojects asneeded

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• 1-2years of relevant field marketing experience in the technology industry

• Detail-oriented self-starter witha strong desireto increase knowledge in the marketing field

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with natural organizational and analytical abilities

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize/complete projectsin a timely manner

• Willingness to work with colleagues across different regions and time zones

• Eagerness to learn new skills and technology

• Deadline driven and ability to deliver results effectively with minimum supervision across projects and changing priorities

• Excellent people skills and enthusiastic self-starter comfortable with a fast-paced often evolving environment

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English

• Experience with MarketoandBigMarkeris preferred

• Working experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any other CRM system is preferred

• Willing to travel to supportin-person events andlogisticsif necessary
