Marketing Assistant
Remote Part-Time (21 Hours per Week)

PHP 40000 to PHP 45000 per month

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day marketing activities of the business across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting Australian or international clients strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple marketing tasks independently. You will assist with social media management content creation website updates reporting and general marketing coordination.

The position is part-time working 21 hours per week across 3 days aligned with Australian business hours.

Work Schedule:
3 Days Per Week 9:00 AM 4:30 PM Brisbane Time (30-minute lunch break)
Flexible days between Monday to Friday

What Youll Do

Digital Marketing & Social Media Support

• Write schedule and manage organic social media content across platforms including Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube Pinterest LinkedIn and Google Business Profile
  
• Increase engagement through commenting sharing and interaction across relevant pages and communities
  
• Create graphics and visual content using Canva
  
• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and tracking performance metrics
  

Content & Copywriting

• Write social media captions e-newsletters and basic blog content
  
• Proofread and edit marketing materials
  
• Support the preparation of marketing presentations and promotional content
  

Website & Content Management

• Update website content including product uploads image resizing page linking and redirects
  
• Assist with SEO-focused blog writing and website improvements
  

Administration & Coordination

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  
• Prepare monthly marketing reports
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives

• 24 years of experience in marketing digital marketing or related roles
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  
• Experience supporting Australian or international clients is preferred
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
