• Conduct site visits to office buildings and business districts across Metro Manila.
• Gather property information vacancy data building contacts photographs and other market intelligence.
• Coordinate with property managers developers leasing teams and brokers to validate information.
• Encode and update collected data in the Property One Database.
• Verify and maintain the accuracy completeness and consistency of database records.
• Research and update technical building specifications and other property details.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks on database information.
• Support database migration maintenance and enhancement initiatives.
• Prepare progress reports and monitor assigned properties and areas.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate or graduate of any business real estate marketing IT or related course.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within Metro Manila.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in data entry market research real estate or administrative work is an advantage.

• Ensure timely collection validation and encoding of market information.
