Job Summary
The Manager Reporting Advanced Analytics and Automation will report to the Director Risk Intelligence and Analytics in Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function supporting Information Risk Management (IRM) function mission and vision. The role will be responsible for delivering various functional capabilities including but not limited to analytics Large Language Models reporting modeling automation and other related operational risk management activities as well as supporting the development and execution of the relevant roadmaps and plans for the function.

The incumbents role will be to deliver ongoing analysis modeling reporting and automating required processes. This includes preparation data large language model used cases working with automation COE and Analytics group ongoing automation of reports and other ad-hoc requests for delivery to the Companys Chief Risk Officer executive and Board risk committees required analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly quarterly and annual IRM related reporting for the Companys Chief Risk Officer executive and Board risk committees.
Automation of monthly quarterly and annual IRM related reporting within the intelligence function.
Lead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor optimize and provide training on automated systems while identifying opportunities for further automation and process improvements.
Supporting the delivery of automated solutions AI agents and other related analytics projects within IRM.
Provide support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion clean-up mapping etc. (e.g. data analysis data clean-up validation creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)
Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processes.
Assist in testing cleaning and preparing data for reporting readiness.
Assist in the generation of reports and ensuring accuracy in the metrics being reported.
Assist with documenting processes procedures project work and ad hoc request as required.
Qualifications
Knowledgeable in financial services insurance and technology risk management.
Proficient in Power BI and Power Platform (particularly PowerApps Power Automate) for creating interactive dashboards automating workflows and developing custom applications.
Skilled in dashboard design with a focus on UI/UX.
Experience in big data analysis including the use of Azure and Databricks to process and interpret large datasets.
Expertise in statistical software (e.g. Python R) and risk management tools along with experience in automating data processes and implementing digital solutions.
Knowledgeable in database schemas data modeling and ETL processes.
Strong reporting skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines ensuring precise and accurate financial risk analysis.
Highly organized individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable with adjusting to ad-hoc changes in workflow.
