THIS ROLE

A leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence and team performance within the 
fund accounting department. This role manages a team of accounting professionals oversees complex 
client relationships and ensures delivery of high-quality accounting services. The position focuses on 
people management and operational efficiency while maintaining overall accountability for team 
performance and client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Youll Lead and develop a team of fund accounting professionals
• Youll Drive operational performance and quality standards
• Youll Build and manage cluster and client relationships and service delivery
• Youll Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning
• Youll Direct implementation of strategic initiatives and process improvements
• Youll Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU

• You have bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• You have minimum 8 years of progressive experience in fund accounting financial reporting or related field with at least 1-2 years leadership experience
• You have strong understanding of fund accounting processes regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
• You are proficient in reviewing and approving complex financial reports and client deliverables
• You are skilled in resource allocation capacity planning and workload distribution to meet client deadlines and deliverables
