Job Description:
The position is responsible for managing Digital Training Learning Engagement Support and Training Analytics Support of the Agency Distribution Channel. Able to work with different stakeholders to launch and maintain new digital tools and applications available in the market organize learning events to support company/sales goals and provide data analysis report valuable to the stakeholders.

- Leads the team in the overall function to support Agency Learning & Development and Distribution Team related to digital training tools events and assemblies data analysis and administrative and logistics.
- Responsible for handling the Digital Learning Academy digital tools/applications and non-conventional training interventions to support all agency segments. Research on various tools and software for stakeholders ease of doing business.
- Supervises the generation of high-level reports and provide recommendations based on agreed metrics scorecards standards and procedures.
- Leads the team in planning organizing and implementing learning events.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
- Bachelors degree in Management Marketing or any related field.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting learning data and making data-driven recommendation.
- Excellent in project management and leadership skills.
- At least (5) years work experience in a similar or related position. Otherwise at least (5) years related work experience in an educational school.
- Formal training and actual work experience in project management is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in multimedia production is an advantage
