Job Summary
Defining implementing and/or maintaining accounting policies guidelines tools and services for all VISHAY overseeing or advising on accounting activities in sub-ledgers (A/R or A/P accounting etc.)Ensuring preparing or contributing to preparation of periodic reportings i.e. (monthly) income p&l or tax or setting up new accounts reconciling accounts and closing the monthly bank accounts verifying deposits and addressing inquiries from payment of invoices and ensuring payments are charged to local tax operations according to regulations and clarifying issues with external accountantsA job at this levelAdopts and clarifies team setup (e. g. organization work assignments methods and tools) with superior maintains teams work schedule and organize the team resources guidance to team members with respect to the operational procedures work documentation if necessary and a proper reporting for all stakeholder involved.
