Manager, Accountant Financial Reporting

THIS ROLE

As a leadership role within Asset Owner Solutions you will be responsible for managing a team of 1020 fund accounting professionals while driving operational excellence client satisfaction and service delivery. You will provide technical and operational leadership oversee team performance and ensure high-quality outputs aligned with client and regulatory this role you will manage stakeholder relationships optimize resource allocation and execute strategic initiatives while guiding your team through performance management process improvements and adherence to policies and business plans under the direction of senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Youll lead coach and develop a team of fund accounting professionals by setting performance goals conducting reviews and supporting career growth and talent decisions.
• Youll oversee service delivery ensuring accuracy quality and compliance with SLAs regulatory requirements and client-specific governance standards.
• Youll manage client relationships and act as the escalation point for complex issues driving resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Youll drive operational efficiency through resource planning workload allocation performance monitoring and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Youll execute strategic and operational priorities by implementing team initiatives supporting change management and ensuring adherence to policies procedures and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or a related field with a CPA (or equivalent) preferred and at least 8 years of progressive experience including 12 years in a leadership role.
• You have strong expertise in fund accounting processes regulatory compliance and risk management with the ability to review and approve complex financial reports and client deliverables.
• You demonstrate experience in resource planning capacity management and leading operational initiatives such as client onboarding system implementation and process optimization.
• You have a proven track record of driving operational excellence through performance monitoring KPI management process improvements and effective resolution of escalated client issues.
• You possess excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with a results-driven mindset strong attention to detail and the ability to lead teams and align with organizational goals.
