In this role you will lead the design implementation and optimization of end-to-end MLOps pipelines enabling the scalable deployment monitoring and governance of machine learning models across the organization. You will collaborate closely with data science engineering and infrastructure teams to establish reliable reproducible and scalable machine learning workflows that support business objectives.

What the role will entail

• Design build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines to support the continuous integration deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to streamline the transition of models from development and testing to production environments.
• Implement automated monitoring logging and performance tracking frameworks to ensure model reliability and effectiveness.
• Establish and enforce best practices for model versioning reproducibility and end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.
• Manage model governance access controls and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead initiatives focused on model performance optimization drift detection and automated retraining to support long-term model accuracy and stability.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Engineering Information Technology or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering data platforms or machine learning infrastructure including a minimum of 3 years in an MLOps-focused role.
• Strong expertise in MLOps tools cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) containerization technologies and CI/CD frameworks supporting machine learning deployment.
• Proficiency in Git model versioning automated data and model pipelines and end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes evaluate solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Results-oriented and highly accountable with a proven ability to manage priorities deliver high-quality outcomes and uphold governance compliance and operational excellence standards.
