M&A Due Diligence Associate

We are seeking an M&A / Due Diligence Associate to support transaction advisory and financial due diligence engagements for mergers acquisitions and strategic investments.

This role offers excellent exposure to deal execution financial analysis and client-facing advisory work within a fast-paced professional services environment.

• Assist in financial due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
• Analyze financial statements profitability and operational performance
• Conduct financial and market research to support transaction decisions
• Prepare due diligence reports presentations and supporting documentation
• Identify key financial risks trends and deal considerations
• Coordinate with clients advisors and internal stakeholders
• Support engagement teams in managing timelines and deliverables
• Assist in transaction execution and reporting activities

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance Economics or related field
• CPA is an advantage
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in M&A due diligence transaction advisory audit or investment banking
• Strong financial analysis and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in Big 4 or advisory firms is highly preferred
