Long-Term YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a talented and reliable thumbnail designer to join our team long-term for a Personal Finance and Investing YouTube channel.

You will be responsible for creating 23 engaging high-quality thumbnails each week. Our goal is to produce thumbnails that attract attention increase click-through rates and match the style of animation and faceless YouTube channels.

Responsibilities

• Design 23 YouTube thumbnails per week
  
• Create visually appealing and clickable thumbnail concepts
  
• Follow instructions and brand guidelines provided by our team
  
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members
  
• Complete assignments on time
  
• Make revisions when necessary
  

Requirements

• Previous experience designing thumbnails for animation or faceless YouTube channels
  
• A strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail design and viewer psychology
  
• Ability to create clean professional and attention-grabbing designs
  
• Comfortable working with a team
  
• Reliable responsive and open to feedback
  
• Must provide examples of previous thumbnail work
  

Our team will provide everything you need including video topics titles scripts references branding materials and design instructions.

Payment

• $48 for 12 thumbnails
