About the job:

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage our shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with our supply chain manager to ensure efficient timely and cost-effective delivery of our products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can oversee logistics processes and contribute to the seamless flow of our operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics operations ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
• Collaborate with the supply chain manager to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
• Track and monitor shipments resolving any delays or issues that may arise.
• Manage relationships with shipping carriers and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations customs requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments deliveries and inventory levels.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvements and cost savings.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments including customer service to ensure customer satisfaction with delivery timelines and product quality.
• Processing reimbursement in Amazon.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Logistics Operations Specialist or relevant experience
• Previous experience in logistics shipping or supply chain management.
• E-commerce experience and reimbursements in Amazon are a must!
• Google Workspace proficiency is a must (Especially Spreadsheets)
• Proficient in using Spreadsheet (formulas functions etc.)
• Data Analysis experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and logistics tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Proficiency in logistics software or the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations (a plus).
