About the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join our clients team and lead global audit operations across multiple this role you will manage audit teams monitor performance and drive improvements to ensure efficiency and quality. You will also use data and operational insights to identify gaps improve processes and support strong client and carrier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit teams supporting clients across Asia Europe and the Americas.
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI and service level targets are met.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Lead process improvement standardization and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes reports and tasks using available systems and tools.
• Act as an escalation point for client carrier and audit-related concerns.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training on performance management processes and available tools.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Create and maintain SOPs work instructions and process documentation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and direction to direct reports as applicable.
• Support audit reviews team meetings and initiatives focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy Finance Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a technology logistics or BPO environment preferably with experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong people management skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Experience leading projects and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Can start immediately if possible.
