Licensed Nurse Healthcare Virtual Assistant
Job Overview
We are looking for a Philippine-licensed nurse to work as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant providing administrative and clinical support to a US-based healthcare practice. The ideal candidate has a nursing background strong communication skills and experience handling healthcare-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient coordination scheduling and follow-ups.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Review medical records and patient information.
- Handle calls emails and patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and medical staff.
- Assist with insurance verification and other healthcare administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines with an active PRC license.
- Previous healthcare or clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience as a Healthcare VA is an advantage.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
- Having an active US state nursing license is a strong advantage but not required.
