Job Summary
- Project inspection
- Do reports such as accomplishment and comparative analysis
- Create bar chart
- Quality control
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings specifications and cost estimates.
- Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects contractors and subcontractors to resolve construction issues as they arise.
- Prepare progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on project planning and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities materials and equipment usage.
- Adhere to project budgets and timelines identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation measures.
- Stay updated with industry standards regulations and best practices in civil engineering.
- A Licensed Civil Engineer
- With relevant experience preferably from the Construction industry
- With background in cost estimates
- Must have a drivers license and can drive a manual car.
- With at least 4-5 yrs. experience in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Can handle and supervise manpower on-site;
- Computer Literate; Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
- Using project management tools to plan timeframes
- Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project
- Planning contingency programs in case timeframes change
- Meeting with contractors and suppliers
- Demonstrating knowledge of construction
- Working between offices and construction sites.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
- Willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday within Quezon City
- Flexible can work with minimum supervision under pressure
