Support and optimize legal operations by improving workflows processes and service delivery.
Administer maintain and enhance legal technology platforms systems and tools used by the Legal function.
Develop configure and maintain legal templates intake processes workflows and system documentation.
Monitor legal operations through reports dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
Collaborate with attorneys legal professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to support legal initiatives and ensure efficient service delivery.
Lead or support process improvement automation and legal transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide user support training and guidance on legal systems tools and best practices.
Assist with the implementation testing and continuous improvement of legal technology solutions and operational processes.
Maintain accurate documentation system records and operational procedures while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational standards.
Participate in project management activities change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts supporting the Legal Shared Services function.
