Position Title: Lead Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities as a Lead Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist
Conduct manual lead to research and scraping to identify businesses that fit the companystarget customer profile.
Gather accurate contact information including company names phone numbers emailaddresses websites and key decision-makers.
Validate and cross-check leads in NetSuite and HubSpot to eliminate duplicates and maintaindata accuracy.
Upload and organize qualified leads into HubSpot CRM.
Generate and validate a minimum of 300 to 500 qualified leads per week.
Ensure all lead information is complete accurate and aligned with company standards.
Maintain organized records of lead generation activities and sources.
Submit a weekly progress report detailing:
o Number of leads generated
o Number of leads validated
o Number of leads uploaded to HubSpot
o Lead sources utilized
o Challenges encountered and recommendations for improvement
Work closely with Sales Support and Management teams to ensure lead quality supports company sales goals.
Qualifications as a Lead Scraper / Lead Generation Specialist
Strong internet research and lead generation skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and NetSuite is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to identify businesses that align with the companys target market.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet weekly lead generation targets.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Performance Metrics:
Generate and validate a minimum of 300 to 500 qualified leads per week.
Maintain a high level of lead accuracy and data quality.
Submit weekly reports on time.
Ensure proper lead validation and CRM uploads.
Adhere to company lead generation standards and procedures.
