Job Summary

Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist focused on bringing in new clients through modern digital marketing and outbound strategies. This role is responsible for building scalable lead pipelines using paid ads funnels and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate knows how to consistently generate qualified leads and convert them into real business opportunities.

As a growing startup we need someone who can contribute from day one. This role requires proven lead generation experience. We are not able to train candidates new to this function so we can only consider applicants who already have the skills and track record outlined below.


Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (paid ads outbound inbound funnels)
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify target and engage high-quality prospects
Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Build and manage lead funnels (landing pages email sequences lead magnets)
Execute cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn email) with strong personalization
Generate qualified leads that match our ideal client profile
Work closely with the sales/recruitment team to convert leads into clients
Track and analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
Continuously test new strategies channels and growth experiments
Maintain accurate CRM tracking and pipeline management


Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in lead generation growth marketing or digital marketing
Proven track record of generating qualified leads for B2B or service-based businesses
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (non-negotiable)
Experience with paid ads funnels and conversion optimization
Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
Strong understanding of outbound and inbound lead generation strategies
Excellent written and verbal English
Must have a stable high-speed internet connection
Professional remote work setup including a computer and other necessary equipment


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruitment outsourcing or B2B services
Experience working with startups or high-growth environments
Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven marketing platforms

Working Conditions / Location
This is a fully remote role. We hire candidates from anywhere in the Philippines. The working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday.
