We are currently expanding our wholesale and distribution footprint across key global markets and are looking for a reliable detail-oriented and highly organized Lead Generation & Wholesale Support Manager to join our team.

This role will work directly with the Head of Global Sales to support existing distribution partners and drive entry into new markets. Your focus will be on high-quality B2B lead generation partner relationship support operational coordination and CRM/database management. You will be instrumental in helping our brand scale its presence across global markets with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  1. B2B Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Conduct targeted lead generation across global markets to identify potential wholesale distribution and joint venture partners.
  • Identify supply-chain involvement and co-branding opportunities with other brands.
  • Support outbound sales efforts through contact research CRM data entry and email or calendar coordination.
  1. Partner Support & Account Management
  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing distribution partners via email WhatsApp and shared folders.
  • Support partner onboarding processes including managing line sheets order forms new line forms and FAQs.
  • Help partners stay informed on general brand trends and performance by preparing a monthly update email.
  • Track and maintain critical KPI deliverables for each partner such as sell-through marketing plans and customer feedback.
  1. Operations & Logistics Support
  • Assist in fulfilling B2B orders processing invoices and coordinating shipments.
  • Filter through shared Dropbox assets to refine and deliver high-quality marketing and sales materials to partners on time.
  • Ensure existing pricing structures and wholesale rules are correctly followed and applied to new product launches.
  1. CRM Hygiene & Special Projects
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM database of current and potential partners to ensure accurate data tracking.
  • Support ad hoc special projects related to global expansion including retail activations and external agency evaluations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience: Background in B2B sales support business operations or wholesale account management (experience in the consumer packaged goods fashion or apparel industries is ideal).
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets ClickUp or similar task and project management platforms.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing CRMs and digital lead management tools to track pipelines.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with a proven capability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
