- Promote and sell Abbott Vascular products across assigned key accounts and territories.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists vascular specialists hospital administrators purchasing departments and other key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration within existing and prospective accounts.
- Conduct product presentations clinical discussions and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing medical affairs customer service and supply chain to support customer needs.
- Monitor market trends competitive activities and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts pipeline reports and territory performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
- Support product launches and execute promotional activities to maximize business growth.
- Participate in conferences workshops and industry events to strengthen customer engagement and enhance product awareness.
- Manage contract negotiations and support the implementation of account-specific business solutions.
- Associate degree or above.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Nursing Pharmacy Business Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in medical device pharmaceutical healthcare or diagnostics sales.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular vascular or interventional therapies.
- Experience managing hospital accounts procurement teams and healthcare networks.
- Strong business acumen and strategic account management capabilities.
- Experience working in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business plans.
