Lead, Commercial Strategy and Performance

 We are looking for a Lead Commercial Strategy and Performance to join our growing business!

Responsibilities

• Govern commercial business KPIs nationally and team-level KPIs to ensure we meet our targets
• Strategise and help execute campaign drives to help business achieve vendor funded and non commercial revenue targets
• Partner with the Director MD office to identify performance gaps and uncover growth opportunities
• Prepare clear data-driven performance reports for executive meetings performance reviews and company-wide town halls
• Coordinate with regional counterparts to align local activities with overarching commercial strategies
• Facilitate the development of lead lists and performance reports to support commercial team goals

• Lead the rollout of regional projects and product developments while enforcing interdepartmental guidelines

• Collaborate with Marketing Product and Growth teams to execute campaigns and support product initiatives

Qualifications :

• 5 to 8 years of experience in strategy consulting data analytics or other relevant functions with exposure to commercial or growth functions.
• Proficiency in Data Analytical tools with reporting on Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets or slides.
• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complex ambiguous challenges and translate data into practical recommendations
• High attention to detail with a critical eye for improving processes and systems
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing across functional areas especially in fast-evolving environments
• Proactive and entrepreneurial with a bias toward action and a willingness to dive into the details
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills across a range of stakeholders and teams
