Lead Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team and deliver complex high-profile infrastructure projects. This role combines technical leadership team mentoring and client engagement within a globally connected consulting environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead the planning design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with client requirements technical standards and project objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and designers fostering technical excellence and capability development across the team.
• Manage and oversee project delivery ensuring quality safety schedule and budget objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams clients contractors and stakeholders to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Lead project and contract activities including design coordination client liaison and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering design processes digital delivery and project execution methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards codes and regulatory requirements.
• Support business development activities through proposals tenders technical submissions and client relationship management.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects with demonstrated experience in design delivery project leadership and technical oversight.
• Strong civil engineering design background across infrastructure sectors including Transport Land Development Water Energy Dams and Tailings..
• Demonstrated experience in leading design reviews coordinating multidisciplinary teams and providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers and designers while contributing to team growth and capability building.
