• Oversees culinary operations driving excellence in productivity performance and team development through effective organization training coaching and mentoring.
• Upholds the highest standards of culinary quality sanitation hygiene and safety while developing refined recipes innovative presentations and exceptional baked creations aligned with fine-dining standards.
• Manages culinary costs and controls ensuring disciplined requisitioning receiving inventory management and adherence to established operational standards.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive culinary experience preferably within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
• Strong organizational skills with a creative and innovative approach to recipe development presentation and culinary excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage and luxury hospitality operations with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
