The Junior SEO Content Writer supports the creation and optimization of web content to improve search engine visibility drive website traffic and enhance user engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content writing digital marketing and SEO who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in implementing on-page SEO best practices to improve website rankings and visibility.
Conduct basic keyword research and competitor analysis to support content planning and optimization efforts.
Write edit and publish SEO-friendly content including blog articles landing pages product descriptions and meta tags.
Optimize existing website content based on SEO recommendations and search intent.
Support the management of the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
Collaborate with marketing design and development teams to ensure content aligns with brand and business goals.
Monitor content and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Assist with website audits to identify SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
Help maintain internal linking structures and ensure content follows SEO and usability best practices.
Stay updated on SEO trends search engine updates and content marketing best practices.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in content writing digital marketing SEO or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships projects or certifications are encouraged to apply.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism Digital Media Business or a related field.
Writing Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to grammar spelling and detail.
SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles keyword research and content optimization.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics Google Search Console WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Ability to review performance data and identify opportunities for content improvement.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Internship or project experience related to SEO content writing blogging or digital marketing.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush or similar platforms.
Experience creating content for websites blogs or social media channels.
Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems.
Relevant certifications in SEO Google Analytics or Digital Marketing are a plus.
