What do You bring as Junior Sales Manager - Flexible packaging
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs
- Address customer inquiries related to orders account statuses and relevant issues
- Keep cooperation and agreement with marketing and SCM within the yearly planning process for products volumes and prices in agreement with superior sales team and BU technology
- Ensure observation and analysis of markets competitors and customers to develop and implement in agreement with marketing measures to improve sales performance
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients experiences through additional products or services
- Evaluate existing and potential customers to determine the benefits of the companys offerings
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to enhance decision-making
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize sales processes

- Related university degree or long-term commercial practices
- Min. 3 years sales / commercial experience
