As a Junior Implementation Consultant you will support the successful deployment of our Restaurant (K-Series) customers point-of-sales (POS) this role you will assist with system configuration troubleshooting network-related support and post go-live activities to help customers achieve a smooth and successful implementation experience.

Working at the intersection of technology and customer success you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POS solutions while managing implementation queues and supporting customer journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving learning new technologies and working in a high tech-touch lower customer interaction environment.

What youll be doing:

• Configure and implement POS solutions leveraging automation tools and ChurnZero workflows to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

• Support Implementation Consultants by assisting with network setup troubleshooting and post go-live activities to ensure successful customer onboarding.

• Apply technical expertise to configure solutions troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams on customer-specific requirements.

• Assist with customer training and create clear documentation to support product adoption and ongoing success.

• Partner with internal teams to maintain training resources and support product updates.

• Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure implementations are reliable functional and meet customer requirements.

What you need to bring:

Were looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Experience working within the POS technology industry with strong knowledge of POS systems and related technologies.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and implementations simultaneously.

• Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and achieve results.

• Proactive self-starting mindset with a passion for identifying and improving processes.

• Knowledge of and experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
