The Junior Distribution Center Manager leads daily distribution center operations ensuring efficient warehouse management accurate inventory high productivity and cost control. The role also drives team performance continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. People Management

• Lead and develop warehouse staff
• Monitor attendance productivity and performance
• Conduct training coaching and evaluations
• Coordinate with HR and handle employee concerns
• Enforce company policies and recommend employee development
• Promote a safe and productive work environment

2. Operations & Process Management

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution workflow
• Ensure inventory accuracy and FIFO compliance
• Manage space assets and equipment
• Supervise B.O. processes and ensure policy compliance
• Drive process improvements and safety standards
• Plan manpower and equipment based on operational needs

3. Systems & Reporting

• Use WMS ERP and MS Office tools effectively
• Monitor KPIs reports and performance metrics
• Analyze data to support decisions and improvements
• Utilize AI tools for reporting and insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity

4. Key Result Areas (KRA)
