Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Systems Administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments network administration and cloud platforms
• Experience managing servers web hosting backups disaster recovery and IT security practices
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Bash is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting documentation and communication skills with the ability to support and explain technical concepts to users

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day administration monitoring and support of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Execute routine network operations including configuration maintenance and troubleshooting offirewalls switches and wireless networks (FortiGate Ruckus Cisco TP-Link Omada).
• Monitor system and network health respond to alerts and resolve incidents to ensure service availability.
• Implement approved security controls such as MFA access permissions and endpoint/networkhardening.
• Handle escalated technical issues from the service desk or junior engineers and provide timely resolution.
• Perform user onboarding/offboarding tasks account updates and access changes based on approvedrequests.
• Conduct regular system checks patching backups and basic recovery activities.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation configurations and incident records.
• Support IT projects by executing assigned technical tasks and changes as directed by the Manager.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job support to junior engineers when needed.
