Jr. Marketing Data Analyst

About This Job

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh existing dashboards (GA4 Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Workfront) on a defined schedule
• Pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly/monthly reporting
• Perform QA on data feeds and flag discrepancies before they reach senior analysts or stakeholders
• Support ad hoc data requests from the broader marketing team
• Document data definitions report logic and known issues for team continuity
• Escalate anomalies or blockers proactively rather than waiting to be asked

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Analytics Statistics Business or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1-2 yrs experience
• Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP basic formulas)
• Exposure to at least one of: GA4 Salesforce (CRM or Marketing Cloud) or a comparable marketing platform
• Strong written and spoken English this role interfaces with US stakeholders in writing daily
• High attention to detail; comfortable with repetitive precision-dependent work

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL fundamentals
• Experience in financial services banking or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar work-management tools

Success Metrics

• Data accuracy rate on delivered reports
• On-time delivery against recurring reporting cadence
• Response time on ad hoc requests
