Learn more:

• Deliver functional expertise by analyzing ASIS processes to provide insights for standardization
• Cocreate and develop TOBE standard processes including systems controls metrics and KPIs
• Identify process input and output dependencies to support an integrated endtoend design
• Collaborate with IT to define and document system requirements
• Consult operational teams on KPIs automation opportunities and improvement suggestions prior to standard design
• Create comprehensive process documentation and document agreed deviations and exceptions
• Coordinate approvals of standard processes and exceptions with stakeholders
• Support the definition of standardization scope and roadmap
• Create training materials and support training delivery for new standards
• Participate in user acceptance testing create test scripts and report risks or issues
• Support data migration activities and contribute to change management initiatives

• Experience in a relevant functional area within a GBS environment
• Project involvement or project management experience
• Fluency in English written and spoken
• Strong understanding of functional processes and systems
• Strong organizational communicationand presentation skills
• Solid process knowledge and time management skills
• Project management skills are considered an asset
