Consumer Data Governance & Quality Expert

The Consumer Data Governance & Quality Expert ensures that consumer data within DES EVO and the Global Data Model is accurate compliant and fit for business use. The role supports trusted analytics reporting consumer insights and data-driven decision-making across markets by monitoring and improving data quality implementing governance controls and coordinating remediation activities. Working closely with markets business stakeholders data governance teams and technical teams the position promotes adherence to global data standards and supports the continuous improvement of data governance practices.

As a Consumer Data Governance & Quality Expert in the area of Global Data Services you will:

• Monitor profile analyze and validate consumer data within DES EVO and the Global Data Model to identify quality issues risks and improvement opportunities.
• Define document implement and maintain data quality rules validation controls business rules and global data standards.
• Coordinate and execute data remediation activities working with relevant stakeholders to resolve identified data quality issues.
• Analyze data quality trends metrics and recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve data reliability.
• Support the onboarding of new markets into consumer data quality and governance processes ensuring alignment with global definitions and requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into governance actions while supporting communication training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Business Administration Marketing Commerce Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in data management data quality data governance master data business intelligence analytics or a related data-focused function.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles including data lineage data dictionaries business glossaries critical data elements and governance platforms.
• Experience in data profiling analysis validation and remediation with the ability to interpret and document business rules and data standards.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases together with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong English communication stakeholder management analytical problem-solving documentation and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
