Asset Accounting Manager

JTI GBS Manila is looking for an experienced Asset Accounting Manager to lead our Asset Accounting team responsible for delivering end-to-end fixed asset accounting services across more than 40 business entities globally. This role oversees the full asset lifecycle including capitalization depreciation transfers retirements reporting reconciliations compliance controls and stakeholder management.

You will lead a team of 12-15 professionals drive service excellence ensure compliance with JSOX and internal controls support continuous improvement initiatives and partner closely with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to maintain standardized and IFRS-compliant processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or related field
• Professional qualification (CPA ACCA CIMA) is an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting accounting or finance operations within a multinational environment
• Strong SAP Asset Accounting (AA) expertise
• People leadership experience managing medium-sized teams
• Experience in shared services environments is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management communication analytical and project management skills
